The patterns of faked history

When Gerry published his Ancient Spooks series it occurred to me that I have most probably walked by some most obvious leads. I wanted to see if this new knowledge can help me find Phoenician traces in my small country of Slovenia and if there are any connections to the medieval rulers bearing the name of my hometown, the famous Counts of Celje. My assumption while entering the search for the true identity of another self-imposed rulers was to find the same pattern as noticed elsewhere, either in essays authored by Josh or Miles or some of my own for that matter. There is no rational argument against it. Everything I went to research about in the last couple of years turned out to be a fake or a hoax, which only elevated my assumption.

At the same time, I did not want to finish this piece off and I have to admit it wasn’t easy to learn the whole truth about another set of my youth heroes. What you are about to read is closely connected to my local country’s and my hometown’s history as the Counts of Celje still represent the height and essence of medieval Slovenian »independence«. Allegedly and according to all mainstream sources about the Counts of Celje, these nobleman were able to gradually advance in the noblemen hierarchy from complete obscurity to owning and ruling approximately half of (modern-day) Slovenian territory, large part of modern-day Austria and large part of modern-day Croatia. And then, just as sudden as they appeared in the local history, they were absorbed by the mighty Habsburgs in the middle of the 15th century, literally vanishing from reality and history accordingly. But have they really vanished? And most importantly, who were these Counts? Are they related to all the other noblemen, kings and queens, the self-imposed elite we’ve been following so far? Can we find our Phoenicians while at it?

There was no other noble Slovenian family that was able to achieve anything alike since. But were they really authentic Slovenians? The medieval era when Counts of Celje and knighthood were dominating the region has always fueled my imagination and I didn’t quit wondering how was it possible for them to disappear without a trace – all of their possessions and wealth was taken over by the Habsburgs in an instance. There was allegedly nobody left who would be willing to defend the vast territory and sources of income belonging to Counts of Celje, even though they and their mercenaries were attributed only with superlatives in terms of battle engagement. As if some mysterious hypnosis entered the area and everybody simply let go of their achieved status of supreme local masters. That actually sounds like some cheap movie script,  so what is the story really about? What can be found if we dig deeper with all that we know about our crypto-rulers coming from ancient times?

Let me begin with the coat of arms that was the Counts’ of Celje symbol of choice:

Their coat of arms was blue with three golden, six-pointed stars of David, and is still used as the coat of arms by the town of Celje. When we think of Jewish symbols, which one comes to mind first?  For majority of people, it is probably the »Magen David«, the familiar hexagram or six-pointed star of David.

The official use of the Magen David began in Prague. In the 14th centu Charles IV [1] granted the Prague community  the freedom of bearing its own flag on which the hexagram was represented.  It was chosen by the Jewish community or by the Christian rule, and the flag was later documented as »King David’s flag«.  From there it extended in the 17th and 18th centuries through Moravia and Austria, and later to Germany and Holland. The earliest-known mention of the term »Magen David« is the book Sefer ha-Gevul, written in the early 14th century.  Between the 14th and 18th centuries, the terms »shield of David« and »seal of Solomon« were used indiscriminately, mostly in magical texts, but gradually the former became more popular.[2]

Use of the Star of David / Magen David as a Jewish symbol only became widespread in 17th century Europe, when it was displayed on synagogues to identify them as Jewish places of worship. In antiquity, the most commonly used symbol of Judaism was the menorah, the seven-branched candelabrum that stood in the Temple in Jerusalem before it was destroyed by the Romans in 70 C.E.

Where else can we find the symbolism of a six-pointed star through time?

For instance, in the symbol of Freemasons:

If the two lateral lines of the Magen David are removed, leaving the upward and downward pointing arrows – the result is the Freemason’s square and compass.

Honestly, I don’t know what to make of it, but I do find it extremely weird.

It is almost incredible how I made further discovery . At the site I linked in the end-notes, I was exploring Herman II’s family tree:

My eyes got stuck at the text reading as »Bearer of T mtDNA haplogroup«.

I didn’t know what to expect when I followed that lead (circled in red) and typed into Google search »T mtDNA«. Taking the first offered search hit, I clicked on the Wikipedia link[3] and here is what it is written right there:

The last Russian Tsar, Nicholas II, has been shown to be of Haplogroup T, specifically subclade T2 (Ivanov 1996). Assuming all relevant pedigrees are correct, this includes all female-line descendants of his female line ancestor Barbara of Celje (1390-1451), wife of Sigismund, Holy Roman Emperor. This includes a great number of European nobles, including George I of Great Britain and Frederick William I of Prussia (through the Electress Sophia of Hanover), Charles I of England, George III of the United Kingdom, George V of the United Kingdom, Charles X Gustav of Sweden, Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden, Maurice of Nassau, Prince of Orange, Olav V of Norway, and George I of Greece.

My goodness, what a family tree! All the names we have been reading about from Miles’ work, plus a few new ones.

Barbara of Celje was the daughter of Hermann II, and she was married to Sigmund of Bohemia. They had one child, Eliska (Elisabeth), Princess of Bohemia, who further married Albert V von Habsburg. She gave birth to three children, one of them was Elisabeth von Habsburg, who married…  wait for it  …Kazimier IV of Poland – member of the Jagiellon family line. Tracing him through his maternal ancestors, we arrive to Anna Angelina Komnene, and to Arpad family through her paternal line.

As you can see here, the counts of Celje were married into the families that have been extensively researched previously by Miles (see here and here and here). What does it mean? It means that the local inhabitants of the area believed they were being governed by their own keen, the Slovenes.  In this way it was (and still is) much easier to lead people and win their loyalty as opposed to ruling as the head of a local area being foreigner. And this is exactly what was going on in the river Savinja basin (known in ancient times as Sounne or Souna). Seemingly, the most powerful rulers medieval Slovenia has ever seen appear out of nowhere around year 1100 AD, naming themselves conveniently after a geographical marker of the river Savinja or germanized Sounne, morphing it into »von Soune«.

The first traceable, original ancestor of Counts of Celje (germanized »Graffen von Cilli«) is Gebhardus von Soune, a man of oficialy unknown ancestors. Counts of Celje were later married into the Habsburg family, who can be traced back to Charlemagne, king of the Franks and his ancestor Flavius Afranius Syagrius (345 AD – 382 AD), who was a Roman politician and administrator[4].

Following the line of Ulrich I Celjski (von Sannegg; a name meaning another geographical marker – the castle of Žovnek, Slovenia), we find he was married to Anna von Sternberg, while tracing her ancestors leads us again to Arpad and Komnene families just mentioned above[5].

Later in time, Count Frederick II Celjski (Graf von Cilli) merried Elisabeth Frankopan, a daughter of another mighty ruler that seems to appear out of nowhere. By this marriage Count Frederick II Celjski also inherited the title Ban of Croatia, Slavonia and Dalmatia, essentially meaning he doubled his previous governing territory.

The allegedly last Count of Celje, Ulrich II, was married to Katarina Branković, a Serbian princess, the daughter of Despot Đurađ Branković and Byzantine princess Irene Kantakouzene. The familiy of Kantakouzene was related to the Komnene family[6].

There is an interesting detail about the alleged decline / end of Counts of Celje dynasty. In 1456 after the death of his rival John Hunyadi[7] (Hungarian: Hunyadi János), Ulrich II succeeded him as Captain General of Hungary. That initiated a plot by the Hunyadi family against Ulrich II and he was assassinated by the men of John Hunyadi’s son Ladislaus on 8th November (that would be 11 8 ; aces and an eight) in Belgrade. As the story goes, the last Count of Celje, Ulrich II, had no heirs and there was a inheritance agreement in place with Habsburgs, where the latter would inherit all estates and property of Counts of Celje in case they had no male heirs. Conveniently, all of Ulrich’s children died in their infant years.

If we didn’t know anything about our Phoenician overlords, we may have thought Ulrich II was assassinated in a plot by the Habsburgs, where Hunyadis were (ab)used as the assassins. But we do know more, so following the pattern of similar fake assassinations I would suggest another version of truth. The Counts of Celje were another front for / of Habsburgs from the very firts day of their appearance in history. So there was no rivalry among either of them, the Habsburgs were in charge and both Counts of Celje and Hunyadis were simply following the lead. Very likely, both families were rewarded afterwards with stolen fortunes and confiscated territory, just as they have been granted both land and income earlier, during their rise to power.

Returning to the symbology of the 6-pointed star of David and widening the area of search for possibly scoring some additional hits, I was able to find this coat of arms:

The House of Ernuszt (English: Ernusht; Croatian: Ernušt) was a Hungarian noble family, descending from a rich Jewish family who came to medieval Hungary from Sweden[8], converted to Catholicism and also reached its peak in the Kingdom of Croatia during the reign of King Matthias Corvinus and his successors.

Coat of arms of above mentioned Frankopan / Frankapan family. Like the Counts of Celje, their coat of arms incorporates a symbol of 6-pointed star of David.

I also found a very damning coat of arms of a certain municipality in Croatia called called Ražanac:

The bees are quite telling if we follow Gerry’s lead, without a doubt.

In the era of the Achaemenid, especially at the time of Cyrus II and Darius I, there was a name of the eastern Iranian province Harauvatya and the Croats of the ancient Iran Harauvatis and Harahvaiti have been mentioned for 12 times. In addition, two unearthed manuscripts belonging to the Croats living in the second and third centuries B.C. in ancient Iran have referred to the inhabitants of Horouathos and Horoathoi. Its is an evidence supported theory which puts forward an idea of Croats / Hrvati / Harauati have migrated originally from modern-day Iran, which is in ancient times better known as Persia. For many years, especially during the Yugoslavian state, this kind of research was prohibited, but at this moment there are more than 200 research titles that support the above idea, you can easily Google them. There is as well evidence of earliest Greek settlements on outer islands along the eastern Adriatic coast – Brač, Vis, Hvar, Cres and Krk – where Carthage coinage were found. So there has most certainly been local contact with our Phoenicians, an inarguable fact.

The fact that an overwhelming majority of Slovenian and Croatian noblemen and consequently rulers were of either directly Jewish, or crypto-German or crypto-Hungarian origin, is conjointly connected to the efforts of both Germanic and Hungarian speaking overlords to germanize (and hungarize) these Balkan territories. That’s exactly what has been going on since the Habsburgs took administrative control of the large part of Balkan and stole its land from us – local ethnos was destroyed, native language slowly replaced by german or hunic languages and eventually forbidden by law, personal names changed to suit new rulers’ image of this territory. Only since the WWI ended, were the Balkan nations granted back the right to speak their own language in public. This is in particular true in the history of Slovenians, we were battered the most for our most likely connection to and ancestry of the most original and ancient inhabitants of the old Europe (see also here), the Veneti aka Henetoi, Uenetoi, Enetoi, Vinidi, Venedi, Vinedi, Winidi, Wendische, Windische.

The more I read about this ancient period of Europe, the more likely it seems to me that later development of modern european nations and their migrations weren’t a natural occurring process. The modern Middle east refugees currently arriving to old Europe are migrating mostly on foot and if they use waterways as a route, they are using most primitive boats. In principle, several million people have recently migrated in the same way ancient people have done it. The reason for this recent migration is another fabricated and money-related cause of our self-imposed rulers, hence there is no reasonable argument against my assumption that such migrations can be instigated on faked basis. What really drives people to leave their homes is fear of the enemy – the fear of being killed, robbed, possibly raped and left without any living family members. If one knows how to manipulate and carefully studies the ways human psyche reacts to certain impulses, which is what our overlords have been doing for ages already, then it’s only a matter of time before they achieve basically any planned migrational goal (or any other goal for that matter). Comparing our modern day mostly scripted reality and international relations of the same kind, there is hardly any argument left to make me even slightly reconsider my firm belief – our self-imposed rulers have been with us since the very beginning of known civilization at least in Europe and Middle East, very likely in other parts of the World too. Although they are constantly covering their tracks, we can still trace them. There is a pattern left behind their misdeeds that we have noticed and one fine day we will know the whole truth. As a matter of fact, after so many disclosed events proven as either faked or hoaxed, there should already be a significant societal change under way, setting us free from these kind of greedy, selfish parasites. The truth will prevail in the long run and they know it too. That is why these people age so terribly, the constant fear about the truth getting widely published is the heaviest burden laid on one’s soul. Liars, deceivers and generally bad people have bad thoughts – their eyes and faces are showing it if you pay close attention. They have failed in everything else while following the goal of owning the world in the materialistic aspect. I don’t really get it, though, how can anything achieved by means of lies, deception and brute force, make you feel proud or satisfied at all?

[1] Charles IV aka Karl IV was related to the Habsburg family through his maternal grandmother, Judith of  Habsburg. His fourth wife was Elizabeth of Pomerania, daughter of Duke Bogislaw V, Duke of Pomerania and Elisabeth of Poland, daughter of Casimir III of Poland (on his maternal side he is descended from Arpad and Komnene family). Elisabeth and Karl had six children, one of whom was Sigismund (1368–1437), later Holy Roman Emperor, King of Hungary and Bohemia and Margrave of Brandenburg – married secondly to Barbara of Celje in 1405/1408. As you see, following the trail about the star of David has brought up the name of Counts of Celje and their female descendant. Completely unexpected in this case.

A rare case for descent from antiquity? That sounds like a savorless joke, I would rather suggest that a vast majority of medieval noblemen’s cases are direct descendants from the rulers of antiquity.

In a letter of 1489, Matthias Corvinus wrote that his grandmother’s sister, whom the Ottoman Turks had captured and forced to join the harem of an unnamed Sultan, became the ancestor of Cem, the rebellious son of Sultan Mehmed II. Based on this letter, historian Kubinyi says that the “Greek connection cannot be discounted entirely”.

If Matthias Corvinus’ report is valid, John Hunyadi—the hero of anti-Ottoman wars—and the Ottoman Sultan Mehmed II were first cousins.
